AV Connectivity provider CYP has introduced a new Bi-Directional Digital to Analogue converter (DAC) to its award winning Audience Range of accessories. The new AU-D9 has advanced DAC functionality to convert audio signals in both directions and also simultaneously output analogue and digital signals to multiple sources at the same time. Kevin Cray, Technical Director at CYP explains the application, ' We wanted to produce a DAC that was the perfect get out of jail free card for any installer. The AU-D9 is designed to offer a multitude of audio conversion solutions in a single box with the additional capability of amplifying the signal through multiple outputs.
