Professional Time Base Corrector offering high-resolution, low-noise, wide bandwidth correction and Genlock of any two video sources for synchronous effects. Used in conjunction with a edit controller for producing true A/B rolls, wipes, dissolves and seamless cuts. Also corrects the time-base error of heterodyne VTR for broadcast tele-production and synchronizes CATV broadcasts to encode the video signal’s blanking region with head-end scrambling.
