I want to share with you that we are working to keep our services running as usual, maintaining full sales and technical support, as well as our daily activities. We also take our social responsibilities seriously, and will abide by the measures recommended by the health authorities and Government.
At CYP (UK LTD) we would like to reassure you that we have taken appropriate measures to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service whilst protecting our team, families and customers during this time of uncertainty. As our manufacturing facility is based in Taiwan, so far we have no stock issues in providing goods to the channel, and maintain a healthy supply chain.
Currently we are operating our normal business hours (9am to 5.30pm, Monday- Friday). Courier collections are proceeding as normal, though some areas of Europe may experience delays depending on their respective government's travel advice. Although we have put business related travel restrictions in place, we are still available to offer support by video conference in place of ‘face-to-face’ meetings and training.
Contingency plans have been put in place that will allow our staff to work remotely and ensure minimal disruption of service to you. If at any point warehouse collections are affected, we will notify our partners by email, telephone and social networking platforms.
